10 Items You May Be Too Old To Wear
It's possible to look cool, young, hip and hot for your age without borrowing clothes from your teenager.
Here are 10 styles commonly worn past their age limit.
1. Message t-shirts expire at 30. You don't need to express yourself with weird sayings, just try colorful tees instead of ones with words on them.
2. Too trendy denim with rhinestone embellishments and distressed patterns should not be worn past 35.
3. Costume shoes don't work past 45, once you hit that age range you don't want anything too high up or too fancy.
4. Super mini skirts should not be worn past 40 - go for a longer pencil skirt instead.
5. Anything with too much cleavage should be saved for those younger than 50. Then it just looks inappropriate.
6. Ribbed cotton tank tops are too skimpy to be worn after 40.
7. Once you hit 30 you can forget about those extra gadgets for your hair - clips and berets and scrunchies are really for younger girls.
8. Over-sized hobo bags can work until you're 50 when it starts to seem like you're chasing trends.
9. Cheap and unflattering underwear can be worn until you're 40 and then it's really important for things to fit properly.
10. Loud accessories call too much attention after 35 - stick to something classic and simple.

They first found out about the snafu when someone typed in "s" for "sales" and got "slave" as an option.

This Just In.. Customer Service Sucks!
More Americans than ever are dissatisfied with the products and services they buy.
A study showed 56 million American households experienced at least one problem during the past 12 months and about $76 billion in revenue was at stake for the businesses involved.
Satisfaction is no higher than reported in 1976. People are frustrated that there are too many automated response menus, there aren't enough customer-care agents, they waste a lot of time dealing with the problem, and they have to contact the company an average of four times to get resolution.
Some of the findings of the survey include:
--The amount of people reporting customer problems went up from 32 percent in the 1976 study, to 45 percent in 2011, and then 50 percent in 2013.
--The number of households experiencing customer rage went up from 60 percent just two years ago to 68 percent this year.
--We're yelling and cursing at customer-service representatives more when dealing with the worst problems, with yelling up from 25 percent in previous rage studies to 36 percent now, and cursing up from 7 to 13 percent.
--The type of product most often responsible for enraging us is cable/satellite TV.
--Though many people associate the government with customer-service issues, 98 percent of the most serious problems stemmed from private companies.
--Despite the rise of the internet, people are still 11 times more likely to complain via phone than web.
--Customer-complaint posting on social-networking sites, such as Facebook, has nearly doubled from 19 to 35 percent since 2011.
--Most of those who reported a complaint - 56 percent - say they got absolutely nothing as a result, up 9 percentage points since 2011.
--When companies added free remedies, such as an apology, to any other monetary relief they gave customers, satisfaction doubled from 37 to 74 percent.
--If the customer was satisfied or at least pacified, he or she only told an average of 10 to 16 people about the problem, but if customers were left dissatisfied, they told an average of about 28 people.
What If You Could Erase Or Rewrite Your Memory
Scientists are close to erasing and even rewriting a person's memories.
Several studies have found that some chemical compounds can be used to soften or even delete memories in mice.
And scientists hope one day the chemicals can be used in the same way on people to help them overcome addiction and post-traumatic stress disorder.
For The Coolest Dude in Your Life:
A working replica of the Batmobile from the 1960s Adam West TV series "Batman" is available from Hammacher Schlemmer.
The "Authentic 1966 Batmobile" is described as being an "officially licensed, roadworthy replica of the Batmobile featured in the iconic 1960s TV show," with "a glowing detect-a-scope screen, a Batbeam ray that raises from a hood-mounted antenna, and empty rear parachute packs."
Although it lacks the atomic batteries or turbines for speed, there is a propane tank at the back to create the familiar flame effect . And it also has something the original Batmobile lacked: clip-on side mirrors to make the car street-legal. (There's also a rear-view camera to help you park when the car isn't hidden away in your own personal Batcave.)
BAT PRICE: $200,000.
OR.... If you're looking for something a little cheaper, there's always the life-size replica Iron Man armor. COST: $8999.99.
